The South Newcastle Lions are a foundation club established in 1909. Our rich history is demonstrated by our alumni who have enjoyed long and successful stints in Rugby League at the highest level.
At Souths Newcastle, we celebrate our past while looking to the future. We have over 300 registered players today, with players from U6’s - U17’s.
Firstly, we would like to welcome everyone to thenew season.
On behalf of the South Newcastle Juniors Committee, I would like to welcome back all those players returning to our great club and also send out a special welcome to those who have joined our club for the first time, either as a new player to the game or transferring to Souths after playing elsewhere previously. We hope you have an enjoyable year.
